Matías Reed is an award-winning, Leeds College of Music BA First Class graduate. To date he has released four albums spanning a range of styles including jazz, blues, afrobeat, highlife and hip-hop.
He has collaborated with numerous performers including respected jazz and classical musicians, spoken word artists, choreographers and even a flatlands BMX rider. Through his extensive touring around UK and Europe he has gained valuable experience performing at world-class venues and festivals with a variety of different projects including his own bands.
Matías will be accompanying Anamika Chowdhury for the Romance in February performance at Leeds Conservatoire on Wednesday 9th February 2022.
