Artist & Backstage Support

Tasks 

• Greeting artists, looking after them whilst they are in the backstage area (before and after the performance). 
• Setting up green rooms with refreshments and arranging food deliveries if required. 
• Clearing the green rooms at the end of the event, restoring the space to its original condition. 

Prior experience/skills 

• Enthusiastic but diplomatic and sensitive to peoples' needs. 
• ​​​​​​​Good organisational and multitasking abilities. 
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. 
• Flexibility to adapt to changing event needs and schedules. 
• Experience in coordinating and managing events is a bonus. 
• Reliability is key. 

About the Role (general) 

• This role provides hands-on experience in live event management, artists liaison, and audience engagement within a professional arts environment.
