Join us for a special evening celebrating the next generation of exceptional young musicians in honour of the enduring legacy of Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Kent, whose lifelong commitment to music and young people continues to inspire aspiring artists.

Bringing together talented students from SAA-uk and Future Talent, this concert showcases the dedication, creativity, and artistry of emerging performers as they share the stage in a celebration of musical excellence and collaboration.

The programme will feature a newly co-composed work with Rekesh Chauhan, performed by the young musicians, followed by a combined performance of the Commonwealth Symphony, highlighting the power of collective music making and the spirit of artistic collaboration.

The evening features performances by Anjali Kaur Virdee and Subhan on sitar, Ahmed on tabla, Sukhraj Singh on santoor, and Preet Singh on dilruba.

Together, they represent the richness of Indian classical music while demonstrating the exciting future of these traditions in the hands of a new generation.
