Shreya Devnath

Shreya Devnath is a multi-talented Carnatic vocalist and violinist, being a student of the legendary Sri Lalgudi Jayaraman and continuing her artistic education under Sri Lalgudi GJR Krishnan. She is noted to have a grace and leisurely calm during her playing, and praised that "her violin sings". Shreya performs both as a soloist and accompanist around the world.

Shreya Devnath was invited to perform for SAA-uk's Voice of the Violin concert in 2017, and last performed for our LEAP 2020 Festival as part of the Women in Music concert presenting a specially curated performance with her husband, multi-instrumentalist and percussionist Praveen Sparsh.
