Flora Yang
Flora Yang is Senior Modelling Manager at Barclays, with a background in both retail and commercial banking. She has led complex projects from end to end, with responsibility for team leadership and stakeholder management. Logical thinking, paying attention to detail and ability to understand the wider picture are the three key attributes which have shaped her career to date.
Flora joined the SAA-uk Board of Trustees after connecting with the organisation through the Pilotlight project run by Barclays. This Programme helping charities overcome their strategic and operational challenges, enabled Barclays employees at all career levels, and across divisions to work closely together, with SAA-uk over 12 weeks.
