South Asian Arts-uk (SAA-uk) is the centre of excellence in Indian classical music and dance since June 1997, celebrating and educating while innovating traditional and contemporary arts experiences.
 

About Generation 21:
SAA-uk's unique training and development program, investing today to develop the cultural practitioners and leaders of tomorrow. Starting with the Pathway to nurture and develop the creative talent of children and young people, it continues with our Placement program and Volunteering network of local supporters and ambassadors, leading up to our specialist paid opportunity, HeadStart.

Introducing HeadStart - For a Creative Future:
HeadStart, a flagship initiative, is designed for individuals aged 16-30 from South Asian or global majority backgrounds. It is an opportunity to access comprehensive training, mentoring and coaching to develop careers within the creative sector.

Picture yourself in a space where your ideas are valued, your talents are nurtured, and your dreams are encouraged to flourish. With HeadStart, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, surrounded by a supportive community of mentors, specialists, and fellow creatives.

This two-year full-time program open exclusively to UK residents, offers a competitive salary range of £19,500-£23,000, plus a dedicated training budget.
