Sangeet Mahotsav 2023: A Legacy of South Asian Classical Music

There's no greater way to spend a dreamy summer evening than basking in the beautiful melodies of South Asian classical music. And even better yet, our wonderful Academy students are leading this musical showcase, bringing all the more joy and excitement to warm your hearts and put you in the sunniest of spirits.
It's a beautiful chance to lend your support and cheer to our dedicated students between the ages of 4 and 50 who are learning about their cultural and artistic heritage through our online and in-person music classes and are eager to share this with you.
So, whether you are a parent, friend, world music enthusiast or SAA-uk alumni, delight in the heart-warming melodies sung by our vocal students or marvel at the sitar sweetly plucked by tiny tots. And be sure to keep your ears open for the hypnotic beat of tabla's and the rich tones of bowed instruments that make the evening glow with warmth of South Asian music.
This wholesome evening is one not to be missed!
