A joyful 45-minute exploration of love, music, and hope for the future.
The Orpheus myth opens with the death of Eurydice, but their story began long before that. Discover the legend of the original star-crossed lovers in this pop-up musical experience. Performers from South Asian and Western musical traditions imagine a prequel to Monteverdi's opera. A perfect introduction to this timeless myth, and opera itself, for audiences of all ages, followed by a Q&A with the performers.
